The main goal of Elektroniczny Zakład Innowacyjno – Wdrożeniowy „Hybres” Sp. z o.o company is elaborating and manufacturing of electronic modules and products (which have been applied in various final items) in cooperation with customers.

In order to achieve that goal it is necessary to build and maintain customer confidence on a high level.

We accomplish that confidence by:

* close cooperation with customers at designing, implementation and production stages;

* adaptation of production and technology range to the technical demands and financial capabilities of customer;

* continuous monitoring of the world’s constructional and technological solutions and suggesting our own solutions for customers;

* monitoring of all production and organization processes in the direction of product quality;

* cooperation with suppliers and joint aspiration after meeting requirements of customers in mutual interest;

* improvement and addition of Quality Management Systems;

* continuous improvement of occupational qualifications of employees and development of their consciousness in aid of quality;

Realization of a quality policy which leads to achievement of the purpose is based on common awareness and commitment of every employee. Awareness and commitment is built on the contribution of every worker in the process of company activity.
